Who We Are
Gospel Invasion Mission Team (GIM Team) is an interdenominational outreach team with a mandate from God to reach out to the unsaved souls in the RURAL AREAS with the GOSPEL of SALVATION. GIM Team is duly registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission and operates a full-time missionary mandate. We began operations on 1st April 2016. The team is headed by Evang. Godspower Ekpe. Presently, we have nine established zones in different communities of our harvest field.
What We Do
For the advancement of God’s kingdom; we do a lot in line with His directives as regards our mandate. Firstly, we preach the crucified, buried, and resurrected Christ and the hope of eternal life. Every Wednesday is our midweek outreach (exception of Wednesdays in January and December). We journey as a team to a particular community/village as led by the Holy Spirit. We move from house to house to preach the Word of God; the message of salvation, redemption, and eternal life. We lead as many who are willing to give their lives to Christ, encourage them to join a bible believing church and thereafter we continue to intercede on their behalf that they will eventually make heaven at last – Mark 16:15.
Secondly, we organize welfare and medical outreach. We also organize other programmes like; Master Class on Salvation, Discipleship Master Class, Community Salvation and Deliverance Campaign, etc. We also make provisions for scholarships, skill acquisition, etc.

What We Do

Sponsoring Education
By God's help, we have supported numerous students in schools from the different areas we have visited during our outreach. as well as helping unemployed adults to establish small businesses and funding skills acquisition programs where they can acquire skills.
Medics
Since 2019, we organize medical outreaches twice a year, where cater to hundreds of people; providing them with free medical care. This first took place in Kira, Tai LGA, Rivers State.
Welfare
By God's special help, we are able to organize a monthly welfare outreach with the aim of donating food items and relief materials to people in different rural as guided by the Holy Spirit
Community Aid
We have recently fixed a borehole for water supply to serve as source of clean drinking water for the residents of Anwunugbokor community in Ahoada West LGA, Rivers State. As a team we believe spreading God's love through every means is a mission that must be accomplished.

DISCIPLESHIP MASTER CLASS
Go ye therefore and make disciples…’Mathew 28:19-20. This command birthed the ‘Discipleship Master Class’ one of our programmers that began on 27th of June, 2024 by the leading of the Holy Spirit. Through this programmed, we have trained men and women who are called to be evangelists, imparting them with the spirit of the commission which is to go and bring many to righteousness’ with this slogan, ” I’m a disciple, an agent of righteousness , that will create cities of righteousness… and also to pray that the souls saved are established in the faith. We bring these brethren from different communities of our outreach, lodge them in a hotel, feed and take care of their logistics for a period of 3days the programmed is met to elapse. They undergo a series of teachings, thereafter are commission to go and bring forth fruit, and these fruits should abide according to John 15:16. To the Glory of God, we have raised disciples for Christ and also established a zonal system where these disciples operate from, then report to the headquarters. We’ve eleven (11) zones running with this assignment to the Glory of God and these zones are as follows: Obete/Ndoki zone, Idu-Ekpeye zone, Akwu-Obuor zone, Umuoye zone, Egbeke zone, Agba Ndele zone, Elieta zone, Koroma zone, Ipo zone, Erema zone and Isiodu zone all in Rivers State.
MISSION FIELD WORK
Every April and August, we travel out of the comfort of our homes to the uttermost parts of different villages to bring the gospel of salvation to the people. This move began in 2022. It is called ‘5 Days MISSION FIELD WORK’, and it takes place twice every year, April and August. By the leading of the Holy Spirit, we started with the communities within and outside Ogoni land (Rivers State), Khana, Gokana, Tai, Bori, Bodo, Ogu/Bolo, Opobo/Nkoro, Ndoni, Etc. In April 2025, the Holy Spirit said it was time to move forward, and He led us to Bayelsa State. August 11th through 16th, we went back to Bayelsa and among the communities were, Otuoke, Otuaba, Otuokpoti, Otuogori, Epie, Ewoi, Atissa, Agbura, Otuogwe 1, Etc. The Gospel of Salvation was preached to the people, and their hearts were opened to receive the WORD. Over 13,585 souls confessed Jesus. The sick got their healing, the needy were also blessed with some financial support, and Jesus was glorified at the end.
WELFARE AND MEDICAL OUTREACH
We reach out to different communities in our monthly welfare outreach; where we give out food items and other materials and also preach the Word of God to the people….. Every month of (MAY and NOVEMBER) is our free medical outreach comprising of different sessions which are: Physician (Doctors) Opthalmology (Eye Doctors) Laboratory Scientists Vital Signs (Nurses) Dental Care Pharmacy
